The fitnessTMB programme that I have completed has given me many health benefits which I will comment on.

Previously I had embarked upon different diets to lose weight and I had previously done more sport.

What I have enjoyed most of this programme is the combination of of various aspects all of which are important, such

as nutrition (not only eating less calories but also understanding what foods are best to eat healthy), exercising daily and

all this guided by the coach which also provided that accountability. Also building a better and stronger mindset and positive outlook

which again is helped by the way the program is put together so you can reach your objective.

Now i feel much better, and i have learnt a way to live and eat that i can sustain in my day to day. So thanks again!!

For some time now I’ve been trying to improve my personal well-being. My first approach was going to a gym. After a year doing an average of 3 workouts a week I wasn’t satisfied with the results. At this stage, it must have been my Fairy Godmother’s doing, I happened to run across FitnessTMB.

The concept of “healthy mind in a healthy body" was absolutely appealing and I decided to join what later turned out to be the perfect transformation programme for me.

Results were visible after a week and after a month I was a totally different person. Not only did I get rid of quite a few kilos, I also managed to be more efficient at work thanks to an increase in concentration and the ability to perform continued intellectual activity. Many of the people form my work and leisure circles noticed a change, better in mood, energy, enthusiasm and even a brighter outlook on life in general. I had actually begun my transformation ... well-being... exactly what I was looking for.

To summarize, I recommend this programme for two main reasons:
- it’s not stressful, nor highly demanding, nor excessively strict. You decide how far you want to go, how far you want to push yourself.
- it’s educational in various aspects like nutrition, physical and mental exercise & sports (trains both mind and body).

I also loved, and still love, the continuous support of my guide during my transformation journey. Always there when you need it most. Always there with smart advice to keep you moving during low-down moments and also pushing you to new achievable goals.

I am proud to say that thanks to this programme, my life has changed for the better. Better in overall habits which revert into general sustained well-being. Nothing but grateful to the FitnessTMB programme. Thank you so much.

For a long time I was looking for a way to lose weight and get in shape and I hadn't found a combination that suited me. I didn't like going to the gym and I also found confusing all the different diets that you can find, So, I never decided to do anything.

Over the past decade, I have been slowly but gradually increasing in weight up to the point of jumping over the three-digit ceiling. With time, you simply get accustomed to some overweight; you don't get out of your comfort zone and think it is just the way it is. But when you get over fifty you start to realize that your metabolism has changed, and your body reacts differently than before. I had been over three digits for nearly five years and realized this couldn't go on for any longer. I decided to get back to my former situation, but I found it very difficult to do it alone. Thus, I approached FitnessTMB and was offered an attractive programme in a reasonably short time. I joined FitnessTMB in February with the objective to loose four kg in three months. FitnessTMB’s approach is a combination of doing sports, taking care of a good diet and paving the way for changing bad habits.
